Consultancy

Q –  Is Consultancy expensive?

We are well aware of the extortionate amounts some consultancies charge just by adding the title Consultancy to their service. Believe us when we say we have been in those negotiations!

However, our Micro-Consultancy services start from £99 + Vat.

Q – What type of Consultancy do you offer?

Our consultancy fits around your business need or requirement. We are not going to tell you, “you need X,Y,Z” if you simply do not.

We offer:

- Micro-Consultancy by the hour – if you have a particular requirement for a project then an hour may suffice. Our aim is to put you on the right path as quickly and cost effectively as possible.

- Full Consultancy - you may require a full audit and assistance in setting up a bespoke procurement function. Or you need bespoke policies and documentation ideal for your company.

From our initial chat, one thing we never do is upsell you a bespoke workshop and consultancy. If we believe our online training will meet your needs, we will always recommend it as a more cost-effective training method for your business.

Online Training Course

Q - I have no business buying experience. Is this Course too advanced for me?

Not at all! Regardless of your buying experience, it is ideal for anyone responsible for buying goods or services for their business.

Q - I have some buying experience? Is this Course too easy for me?

No. It will only be easy for you if you are an experienced Procurement professional. If you are not, then it is always good to get a refresher on good purchasing practices. You never know what areas you could improve on.

Q - How long can I access the Course and toolkit?

You have 12 months from date of purchase. We will be adding to the Course, so always come back and learn something new.

The toolkit has invaluable templates available to you to use in your own buying process.

Q - I have multiple employees who need access to this Course. Do you offer an Enterprise license?

Absolutely! Drop us an email at info@everything-counts.co.uk and we can discuss pricing.

Q - Can I download the Course or videos?

Unfortunately, no. But you can stream the videos at any time. The templates in the toolkit however, can be downloaded.

Q – I am not ready to buy just yet, but I would like to join your mailing list.

Q - I saw a bug in the course. What should I do?

Q - Do you offer refunds?

We offer a money back guarantee and are more than happy to discuss a refund if any of our courses have not helped you.

Q - Do you store any of my personal information?

We only have the information you entered when you joined, i.e. your name and email address. Nothing more. We do however know how far you get on the Course, so we can see how well you’re doing. When you choose to delete your account, we will no longer have access to your details, unless you decide to stay on our mailing list.

Workshops

Q – Do you do a virtual workshop  i.e. online?

No. We feel you lose too much learning and engagement when taking an online workshop - a bit like death by PowerPoint but with none of the flair. The next best solution is to take our online course. It is not only informative, but keeps you interested and entertained.

Q -  Are workshops bespoke?

We can create bespoke workshops, but this tends to be part of a larger consultancy requirement. Our off the shelf “Commercial 101” workshop is usually more than enough for a  business to be introduced into the area of world class purchasing and procurement.
