I found that Everything Counts was a great crash course into the world of Procurement, which was very beneficial in my new role within my business. The course taught me the terminology and practices that I can now apply in the real world, as I have a greater understanding of the fundamentals of Procurement. The modules can also be used as great refresher on a particular topic, or to train individuals across the business on the “basics” of Procurement, which will help them understand how to talk to suppliers and use the Procurement Mangers effectively.

Whilst I am currently studying towards my CIPS certification, the knowledge provided within the Everything Counts course rivals those within the training material for CIPS. As such, this has been a great supplementary piece of training, that has enhanced my study. It is very clear that those who have put the course together have the experience to pass on their informed knowledge and expertise to others.

Many training courses are filled with either walls of texts or monotonous audio, but between the animations, analogies, and enthusiastic voiceovers, you will always find yourself engaged to the module. The length of each module is also a benefit as you won’t find yourself stuck within a training videos for hours on end.

I would recommend this to my business as a training tool, not only due to the pricing model, but also the opportunities for every department across the business and the further effect that having trained individuals could have on our future cost savings.

They've packed a lot of good advice, key models and process thinking into the online course - a real back-bone of professional purchasing knowledge and key principles to fall back on, and to give confidence for anticipating and planning properly for supplier reviews, or big upcoming new project pitches. Some of the templates have been really useful, and they were even happy to chat through a few points with me direct on-line as well. The bite-size videos are well structured and, unlike many training course materials, really easy to dip back in and out of to remind yourself of key points. I have to say I've never seen a delivery format quite like this ... the videos are surprisingly fun and down to earth, and have a personality all of their own. A refreshing change really, and one well suited to remote digital learning in these current times.

This has got to be one of the best video courses I think I have ever taken. What I liked most about this course was, it genuinely felt like I was being taught by the coolest schoolteacher EVER, who wasn’t boring and condescending. Instead he made learning refreshing, easy to understand and mixed it all with a dash of humour. The course was easy to manoeuvre, with a side tab keeping note of my progress, which helped. The modules were not too long, I liked the pace and the lessons were clear and simple, even for a beginner like me. I genuinely thought it was amazing and insightful and would strongly recommend it.

They devised and delivered procurement training to all managers in the company who also have significant procurement responsibility. Developed and rolled out procurement guidelines, delivered a contracts database with the IT and Internal Audit team, allocated the supplier base to the various departments in the company who now work to rationalise them. They worked with the legal team to overhaul our terms and conditions and standard supplier contract and delivered an RFP template, BAFO template and supplier evaluation tool. Finally they worked with KM Procurement in Europe to roll out their supplier spend reporting tool in the UK business. Together we set up a Buyers' Forum for the managers in the UK who do the buying here which I will chair and will embed what has developed into the business.
